“We have lived here for a year now, and we are staying for another year. I lived in 2 other student accommodations and never had a landlord as helpful and nice as we do now renting a flat in Richmond Court. Any maintenance issue is fixed very soon. We had some storage space issue and the landlord fitted some shelves for us. Generally the neighbours are very quiet. Main issue we found is that some mailmen cannot find our door as we don't share the communal entrance with everyone else (where the other flats have post boxes). Also the post code directs taxi drivers and food delivery drivers to Richmond Park Road instead of Capstone Road which has caused a few inconveniences. But this is not sterling investments fault. Overall best student accommodation in Bournemouth, would stay here longer but I won't be a student anymore.”
“Having recently moved into the area to attend university, my boyfriend and I have consistently been pleasantly surprised by not only the accommodation at Richmond Court, but also the helpfulness and approachability of the landlord and letting agent. “My partner and I lived at Conel Court for two years.The flat was handed over to us in great condition, it was modern, clean and also came with basic amenities. Being first time flat owners we were surprised how easy and professional the whole process was. The location was amazing for both working in the centre and also attending University as there is a bus stop right outside. Shops are only a 5-8 minute walk into Winton which included a large Lidl. The landlord was also very helpful with any queries we had about the flat and any maintenance issues being fixed promptly which was much appreciated.”
“When we had a viewing at Conel Court two years ago we thought it was too good to be true - modern & clean accommodation, prime location (10mins from university) and the rent was good. The admission took 2-3 months longer than expected due to our financial issues, we were so worried that we would lose the flat - but the landlord was very patient. Whenever we have some issues in the house the landlord always respond out email very quickly and sends an engineer the very next day (sometimes the same day)! It's been very comfortable to live at Conel Court, which is why my partner and I didn't hesitate to stay for another year. I will be sad to move out next summer, but I would definitely recommend any BU student to consider Conel Court!”

Overall, although only just started my tenancy, my experience using Sterling has only been positive and definitely better than the estate agent I previously used, i would reccomend using Sterling for their ease of service especially if you are a student. The flats are finished to a very high specification and are well maintained and managed by the landlord who responds quickly to any issues.
